She has implemented numerous quality improvement initiatives, resulting in enhanced clinical outcomes, reduced hospital readmissions, and high resident and family satisfaction rates. Her leadership extends across interdisciplinary teams, ensuring smooth care transitions and fostering collaboration to address complex resident needs.

Aysha's impressive accomplishments include co-authoring a publication with the National Institute of Health, serving on planning committees with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and being recognized as a leader in post-acute care by various industry organizations. She has also played pivotal roles in reducing antipsychotic medication usage in nursing facilities and developing effective emergency preparedness plans for long-term care.

In addition to her clinical leadership, Aysha has served in executive roles, including Chief Nursing Officer for organizations like Hill Valley Healthcare and Ohana Pacific Management Company. Her efforts have led to the successful implementation of evidence-based practices, training programs, and regulatory compliance across multiple facilities.

Aysha holds a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership from Walden University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Marketing from the University of Ghana.
